- How is this assessment different from others I've taken before?
- Rather than taking an inventory of your personality, skills, or competencies, we measure more stable, enduring traits, characteristics, and dispositions that are a more reliable predictor of an individual's potential to reach the highest levels of executive leadership.
- How do I know the assessment is fair?
- The assessment has been rigorously tested for adverse impact by sex and race and has been found to be one of the fairest online assessments that is available.
- How do I know that the assessment is valid?
- Validity is measured against performance criteria and results of multiple validation studies have shown a strong, positive correlation of assessment results to leadership performance.
- How do I know the assessment is reliable?
- Two measures of reliability are considered. For internal assessment reliability, Cronbach's Alpha is used with a current reliability score of 0.84. For external reliability, test - re-test measures are used, and the precise percentages are reported in The Five Talents That Really Matter, chapter 3 page 59.
- Who is this assessment ideal for?
- Conchie's Executive Leadership Online Assessment is ideal for those who are above the age of 32 and have been in work for at least seven years
- How much time is required to complete the assessment?
- Conchie's Executive Leadership Online Assessment can be completed in 30 minutes. Each question in the assessment is timed, and it's important that you do not start the process until you are in a place where you will not be disturbed.

- What level of interpretive support do you offer?
- You will receive an in-depth guide to interpreting your assessment results that will help build a picture of your leadership Talents and how you can best develop these toward better performance. Your report will describe the actions you can take to both develop your Talents and manage any potential deficiencies or blind spots. No leader should interpret these results without reading The Five Talents That Really Matter, and we will reference specific chapters in the book throughout your report.

- Can I upgrade my account later if I want to unlock more guidance about my leadership potential?
- Those who are just beginning their careers may only wish to purchase Professional Tier insights at this time. In the future, if you would like more detail and personalized feedback about your profile, you can upgrade your user status from Professional to Executive in your account.
- Can I purchase assessments for my team members?
- At this time, Conchie's Executive Leadership Online Assessment is only available for individual purchase. If you are subscribed to receive updates from us, we will notify you as soon as the option becomes available to purchase access for your team members.
- Can I encourage leaders across my entire organization to take the assessment?
- If this is your intent, then please complete the contact form on our website and we will talk to you about your needs. Organizational-wide implementation requires a contract and SOW, and this is the means through which the greatest value is delivered.
- Can I take this assessment in other languages or for residents of other countries?
- At this time, the assessment is only offered in English to those who reside in the US and UK. If you are subscribed to receive updates from us, we will notify you as soon as translated versions become available and access is opened to residents of international countries.
- How will you use my personal information?
